Self-Governing Companies Outperforming in Loyalty and Innovation

In this day and age when organizations are so interconnected and interdependent, the real differences in the marketplace are not related to products or services, but "how" leaders and businesses do what they do. There are no secrets anymore, and behaviors are available for all to see. Organizations can no longer hide behind their proxies. This is the new era of behavior and it is not only possible but advantageous to "outbehave the competition."

The HOW Report looks at how governance, culture and leadership influence behavior and impact performance.  The findings are derived from a rigorous statistical analysis of observations from over 36,000 employees at all levels in 18 countries. Among the report’s top findings:

HOW Metrics™ Insight – Employee Loyalty Fully 9 out of 10 employees in self-governing organizations strongly agree that they hope to be with their companies 12 months from now. Only 2 out of 10 employees in Blind Obedience organizations strongly agree that they hope to be with their companies 12 months from now.
