New LRN manufacturing workforce training meets compliance requirements

LRN is excited to release new manufacturing course packs, complete with customizable courses, facilitator guides, and full-audio classroom training made specifically to meet compliance requirements for manufacturing companies. Covering DEI, code of conduct, anti-harassment, and other key topics, these training courses are designed to position manufacturers as compliance leaders in reaching all employees, driving completions, meeting sector requirements, and tracking E&C training for their workforce. The manufacturing course packs are available to view here.

A recent Gallup report found that employee engagement rates in manufacturing are the lowest of any industry in the United States, with only 25% of the workforce considered to be engaged. For manufacturing companies, reinforcing company values through an ethics and compliance training program can help overcome this potential engagement challenge. In fact, an industry-specific segment of data from the LRN Benchmark of Ethical Culture reveals that there is an opportunity to improve the state of ethical culture in the manufacturing sector by reinforcing company values—especially with production teams.

To help inspire ethical behavior in a highly regulated and constantly changing industry, LRN’s new manufacturing training courses are customizable and include relevant imagery and scenarios that are updated annually. Updates can account for legal changes—to ensure companies meet the latest compliance requirements for manufacturing—as well as new scenarios and characters in the workforce training.

LRN also has a manufacturing-specific E&C collection of resources, featuring infographics, articles, and other materials containing E&C training strategies and insights into culture more broadly across manufacturing organizations.
