On December 12th, Interactive Services, global leaders in custom e-learning solutions, ran its final webinar of the year, entitled “Learning Technology and Trends: Looking Back & Moving Forward.”
Our presenter, Matt Plass (CLO of Interactive Services) was joined by Ed Hickey (Chief Technical Officer) and Damien DeBarra (Head of Instructional Design) to discuss the trends in technology that are likely to dominate 2014.

- Game-based training
- The rise of social learning
Using Iron Mountain’s ‘New Hire’ course as an example of leadership development through new hire programs and Integrys‘s ‘Road To Integryty’ as an example of a gamified training solution, Matt presented some valuable insights on how innovative training can really improve performance in organizations. Both of these courses featured as case studies in previous webinars run earlier this year.
