Another year is almost over. 2013 has been a fantastic year for us here at Interactive Services custom e-learning solutions. Not only have we been privileged to work on new and exciting projects but this year also marked Interactive Services 20th year in business! It’s been a remarkable journey for us so far and we look to the future with great anticipation and enthusiasm!
2013 – The Year in Review
2013 has been a busy time for us. We have seen a lot of new developments this year in terms of the type of training organizations are now looking for, notably adaptive-responsive e-learning for mobile and tablet training. Many organizations are now adopting BYOD and are adapting to the “always-on” culture where content can be accessed at any time or in any place.
Additionally, the rise in game-based solutions and social learning in the workplace have also sent us a very clear message – organizations are seeking new, more engaging forms of training that make the learning experience more enjoyable for employees and that likely to have more of a positive impact on overall performance.
