Fortune’s Alan Murray and LRN’s Dov Seidman on Moral Frameworks for Global CEOs

LRN CEO Dov Seidman recently sat down with Alan Murray, Time Inc.’s Chief Content Officer and Editor of Fortune, and reminded him that the philosopher David Hume once said: “the moral imagination diminishes with distance.” Human beings have always been quick to form moral conclusions about events closest to them, but slower to judge those beyond their immediate grasp. Moral imagination today has exploded, and “for business leaders, the challenges and implications are profound,” writes Murray in this column. Seidman is scheduled to join Murray for a fireside chat to kick off the 2016 Fortune + Time Global Forum being held Dec. 2 and 3 at the Vatican in Rome—in the hopes of inspiring more than 75 CEOs from around the world.
